Puglia Creativa is a Cluster Association recognized by Apulia Region that represents more than 130 Apulian cultural and creative enterprises in fields of culture and creativity.

The network includes SMEs and associations operating in performing arts, cultural industries, creative industries, heritage, creative driven but also universities, public and private institutions, trade associations and regional trade unions. 

Following a deep bottom-up activity involving cultural and creative industries, Puglia Creativa maps the needs of CCIs and also thanks to the actions of the regional and European projects of which it is a partner, organizes and manages workshops, working groups, matching events focused on strengthening knowledge, accompanying innovation and internationalization of cultural operators and disseminating good practices and opportunities for the sector.

It’s a private non-profit body with a public service mission that gives a voice to the fragmented ecosystem of cultural and creative productive sector by supporting it in future challenges and playing a role in the interaction between the political level and CCIs.

The main objective of Puglia Creativa is to have a systematic interaction with policy makers at regional, national and European level in order to influence the decision-making process on strategic policies in support of the cultural and creative sector. To this end and in line with EU Policies, it promotes innovation, training and internationalization.

Moreover, through its three-year Development Plan, it works for the development of the cultural and creative sector of the territory by presenting legislative framework proposals, administrative simplifications, research and studies; it works also for the consolidation of cultural and creative enterprises by encouraging the introduction of “tailor-made” financial, fiscal and incentive tools and for the strengthening of spillover effects and intersectoral impacts, feeding other economic sectors with the creative sector.

Creative & Marketing Director

Mario Vaglio is a freelancer and has been working as a designer and consultant for more than ten years, developing tailor-made projects in two main areas that he loves equally:

1) creativity (creative direction, art direction, graphic design, UX/UI design, brand identity design, digital illustration, photography and filmmaking);

2) the strategy (in the field of branding, marketing and digital marketing, integrated communication and cross-media, advisory & mentoring for startups and established companies).

ALESSANDRA BRAY

MEDIAMORFOSI

Alessandra Bray CEO of Mediamorfosi, graphic design, marketing and communication agency since 2003, graduated in Printing Techniques and Arts at the Turin Polytechnic in 1997, completing her training course with a Master in Marketing and Communication for Business and Public in 2002.

Curator and expert in editorial projects, vector design and bitmaps, she is a project manager in the design and implementation of community, national and regional measures.

GIOVINA CALDAROLA

LA CAPAGROSSA

Archaeologist and PhD in Ancient Topography, Unisalento research fellow until 2015, for several years I have been dedicating to cultural communication for the promotion of the territory, through processes of urban and human regeneration. I collaborate with various Apulian and national realities as a digital strategist for cultural and social innovation projects, museums, archaeological sites, festivals and other cultural events.

CESARE LIACI

COOLCLUB

Cesare Liaci is the president and administrator of Coolclub and has many years of experience in the organization of events of a cultural nature gained in the main events in the Salento area. He is an artistic director, an animator, a technician and he takes care of the Artistic Direction of the SEI Festival – Independent South East. It also deals with training in the cultural field and provides advice to young creative companies to survive in this very difficult sector.

PAOLO MELE

RAMDOM

Paolo Mele was born in 1981 in the farthest point of Apulia. He was a researcher in Communication and New Technologies at IULM in Milan and a visiting researcher at the New School of New York from 2013 to 2015.

Since 2011 he has been the director of the organization Ramdom, which deals with contemporary artistic and cultural planning.

He is director of Kora – Contemporary Arts Center and President of STARE – Italian association of Artist In Residences.
